All bookings at Imperial Spa are subject to availability. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Service Limitations

Our services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We do not guarantee any medical or therapeutic results.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully with staff and follow spa guidelines. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund.

Imperial Spa is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
